How do I delete or cancel my account or subscription?

Canceling KPI Dashboard - KPI Project of KPI Benchmark subscriptions

You are able to manage all your subscriptions for premium products in your KPI Library account settings. Be advised that after you cancel your subscription, all your data will be deleted. We will allow for a restore and re-activation of your subscription for 3 months. After that the data is permanently deleted

How to cancel?

Login to your account. Go to "Account" in the top right menu and simply cancel the subscription you want to cancel. 

You can only  cancel your  subscription via your account settings; you cannot cancel subscriptions by email or telephone requests for security reasons. We need you to identify yourself with your username and password in order to cancel a subscription.

 

Deleting an entire KPI Library account

You can only delete your entire KPI Library account if you do not hold any active subscriptions to our premium products such as KPI Dashboard, KPI Project and KPI Benchmark; please cancel those first before deleting your account.

When you delete your KPI Library account all your data in that account will be permanently deleted.
