We collect KPI Benchmark data via mini-surveys on KPI Library. We ask the 250,000+ members to provide us with benchmark scores in their organization for the KPIs listed on KPI Library. We clean the responses, but do not validate them, and average them and make it available on KPI Benchmark.

Do speculative KPI's benchmarking data scorres counted, or only you depend on members actual scores
In KPI Library we count both in the benchmark score calculation. In KPI Benchmark we have the option to access the underlying scores that indicate whether they are 'speculative' or 'actual scores' (note that we are dependent on members to indicate if a score is actual).
